A senior consultant and Doctor of Medical Sciences with decades of experience in gynaecology, obstetrics and ultrasound diagnostics.
Education
He was born in Tomaševac near Zrenjanin. He completed school, grammar school and medical studies in Sarajevo, graduating third in his class. He began his specialisation in gynaecology and obstetrics in Tuzla and completed the final part and specialist examination in Sarajevo in 1982 with excellent results. At the same time, he completed postgraduate studies.
Professional experience
He worked at the Clinic for Gynaecology and Obstetrics in Tuzla and pursued advanced training in ultrasound diagnostics and operative gynaecology in Belgrade and Zagreb. He participated in national and international congresses and contributed to teaching at the Faculty of Medicine in Tuzla and to the education of medical staff. He was awarded the title of senior consultant in 1990. That same year he defended his master's thesis, followed by his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade in 1992.
