Education
Prim. Dr. Stevan Milosevic, was born in Tomasevac, a place near Zrenjanin. He completed elementary school, high school, and medical studies in Sarajevo, graduating third in his class. After serving his military service in Belgrade and obtaining the rank of reserve officer, he got a job in Tuzla, specializing in gynecology and obstetrics, completing the final part of his specialization for one year in Sarajevo, where he also took his specialist exam with excellent results in 1982. Alongside his specialization, he completed postgraduate studies. While working at the Gynecology and Obstetrics Clinic in Tuzla, he went for professional development in the fields of ultrasound diagnostics and operative gynecology in Belgrade and Zagreb, participating in most domestic, European, and worldwide congresses, and he joined the teaching staff of the Faculty of Medicine in Tuzla as an assistant, training middle medical staff as well as young doctors.
Professional experience
During the existence of the SFRY, he performed certain functions in professional organizations in several mandates. On April 2, 1990, he earned the title of "Primarius" as the youngest in Bosnia and Herzegovina. On June 4, 1990, he defended his master's thesis titled "The Histopathological Substrate of Ovarian Tumors and Their Diagnostic Value," and on July 1, 1992, he defended his doctoral dissertation titled "Interventional Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ovarian Tumors" at the Medical Faculty in Belgrade. In September 1992, he moved to Novi Sad and continued practicing his profession at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics KCV Vojvodina, as the head of the Conservative Gynecology Department. Alongside his profession, he engages in professional development, writing professional and scientific papers, as well as mentoring work.
