Anaesthesia Technician

Profile

We are looking for an anaesthesia technician to join our operating theatre and anaesthesiology team. The role includes preparing equipment and patients, assisting with the administration of anaesthesia and continuously monitoring vital signs. Precision, responsibility, composure and strong teamwork are essential.

Role

• Preparing patients for anaesthesia and surgical procedures
• Preparing, checking and maintaining anaesthesia equipment
• Assisting the anaesthesiologist during induction and maintenance of anaesthesia
• Monitoring the patient’s vital signs and condition during procedures
• Providing postoperative care and support to patients
• Maintaining accurate medical records
• Maintaining high standards of safety and sterility
• Working closely with the surgical team and other staff
